Q: What If I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
A: Any of our items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee (There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns). If we pack and/or ship your order and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply. Please contact a customer service representative at 866-BUY-BTLS (866-289-2857) in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address to return shipments.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are shipped via UPS, or Common Carrier for very large orders. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed a shipping confirmation.
Q. How often do items get back ordered, and how will I know if an item I purchase is put on back order?
A. Back orders are rare, but if a requested item is put on back order, we try to contact our customers as soon as possible via e-mail. We cannot necessarily guarantee any ship dates at that time, but we will try to give you an accurate estimated arrival date.
