Q: How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS or Common Carrier for very large orders. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed a shipping confirmation.

Q: When will my UPS order be shipped?

Orders placed on our site usually ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday excluding holidays throughout the year, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Orders received on Friday, or over the weekend will typically be shipped Tuesday or Wednesday. Choosing Expedited Service (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3rd Day Select) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit.

As stated in this website, we cannot guarantee glass shipped UPS. We package glass in such a way that it should be well protected under normal shipping conditions.

Q: How often do items get back ordered, and how will I know if an item I purchase is put on back order?

Back orders are rare, but if a requested item is put on back order, we try to contact our customers as soon as possible via e-mail. We cannot necessarily guarantee any ship dates at that time, but we will try to give you an accurate estimated arrival date.

If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will ship all items we have on hand and back order any remaining items. Back orders will be shipped automatically once the product has arrived in our warehouse.

Q: What happens if I cancel my order?

Once an item has been pulled and boxed for shipping, any cancellation of the order is considered a return and will be assessed the 20% restocking fee. Please see entire Order Cancellation Policy.
